Warranty | 10 Year Guarantee
Tupperware® items you purchase from Tupperware® Direct are guaranteed for 10 Years. They are guaranteed against faults such as splitting, chipping, cracking, warping, stress cracks, or breaking arising from a manufacturing defect or from normal domestic use. Products are replaced under this guarantee by our Tupperware Direct Customer Service department. You will need your proof of purchase.
The guarantee does not cover staining and stickiness, scratching or melting, heat damage, damage from dropping or chewing caused by an animal.
If your Tupperware was not bought from an authorised distributor of Tupperware® in the UK then it may not be eligible for the 10 year guarantee.
Under the Tupperware guarantee, if an identical product replacement is not available, the closest comparable product replacement will be substituted or, at Tupperware’s discretion, a credit given towards a future purchase of Tupperware products. Exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed. Staining and decorative print are not covered by the Guarantee. Metal or wooden component parts are not covered by this Guarantee and items in this category are marked with a Q in the catalogue. This does not affect your statutory rights.
