Even after being harvested, fruits and vegetables continue to “breathe” by exchanging beneficial oxygen for carbon dioxide.


FridgeSmart containers’ 3-way venting system balances the flow of oxygen coming in and carbon dioxide going out, which regulates the atmosphere inside the container. Some fruits and vegetables require more oxygen than others to stay fresh and crisp.


FridgeSmart containers allow you to store produce from the same “breather” group–low, medium and high–together, keeping foods fresher longer.

  • What Makes FridgeSmart Containers so efficient?

Our intelligent FridgeSmart food containers uses a patented 3-way venting system technology called Atmosphere Climate Control  (ACE). The ACE technology regulates the airflow and atmosphere inside the container by balancing the flow of oxygen coming in and carbon dioxide going out.

  • What Are the 3 Different Slider Settings?

Slider can be used in 3 different positions depending upon the items stored:


Half Open - Align the tab with the half circle on the pictogram. Use this option for light venting for medium breathers.


Closed - Align the tab with the fully etched circle in the pictogram. Use this option for low breathers.


Fully Open - Align the tab with the hollow, glossy circle on the pictogram. Use this option for high breathers.

Q. How do I clean FridgeSmart Containers?

Always clean and dry your product before first use.


All parts of the FridgeSmart are dishwasher safe.


It's not necessary to remove the slider each time you wash and dry the seal.


Dry the inside of the container thoroughly before each use.


Dry well before nesting when not in use.


Use a low temperature program on your dishwasher to save energy and protect the environment.

Q. How do I store my product when it’s not being used?

Always store without lid to avoid humidity to stay inside the base and create mould.


Bases nest comfortably together for optimal space savings when not in use.


To save space by nesting containers of different heights, place taller containers into flatter containers.
